 This project includes the renovation of an existing chemistry laboratory at the University of Maryland to modernize infrastructure, improve safety, and support current teaching and research needs.

 This project at the Maryland Zoo includes site preparation work consisting of stripping topsoil, grading, and excavation to support new site improvements. The scope also includes excavation for a retaining wall to establish proper structural support and site stabilization.
